Truss Return Policy?
At Truss Professional, the goal is to provide a convenient and enjoyable online shopping experience. If not 100% satisfied with the Truss products, the return will be accepted as new, in its original packaging, within 30 days of the date of purchase, and a full refund will be provided. To begin the return, contact the Customer Care Specialists on the Contact us page. A prepaid UPS return label will be issued and sent via email within one business day.
Upon receiving the prepaid UPS return label, place the product in its original packaging, secure the packaging and product inside, affix the prepaid UPS label to the box, and drop the box off at any UPS location. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on the original form of payment.
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt of the original purchase. However, final sale / Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
